These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET platform, including our website and all related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at akinsiraolympicson@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Wallet and Payments

  • All wallet deposits must be made through our approved payment channels (Flutterwave, Payvessel, or any other method made available on the platform).
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly supported by the platform.
  • We do not guarantee a specific processing time for deposits, though we endeavour to credit balances promptly upon payment confirmation.
  • In the event of a failed deposit, please contact support with your transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET does not charge hidden fees. Any applicable service fees will be clearly stated before a transaction is confirmed.

4. Data Purchases

  • All data purchases are final once a bundle has been successfully delivered to the recipient number.
  • If a transaction fails after your wallet has been debited, your balance will be restored automatically. Contact support if this does not happen within 30 minutes.
  • You are solely responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number. We are not liable for data delivered to an incorrectly entered number.
  • Data bundles are subject to availability and the network operator's terms. We do not guarantee the validity period of any data plan beyond what is stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales on MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET are final. We do not offer refunds on data purchases or wallet top-ups.

Failed deposits: If money left your bank account but did not reflect as a wallet top-up on our platform, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference and the amount debited. We will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed as failed, initiate a reversal with the payment provider on your behalf. Reversals are processed by the payment gateway and typically reflect within 3 to 5 business days.

Failed data orders: If your wallet was debited but a data bundle was not delivered, the amount will be restored to your MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET wallet automatically. You can then use that balance to place another order. No cash refund is issued.

How to reach us: If you need help tracing a transaction, contact our support team via the channels at the bottom of this page with your registered email address and transaction reference. We will assist with documentation for any gateway dispute.

6. Reselling and Account Tiers

  • You may resell purchased data at a price of your choosing. MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET is not responsible for any transactions you conduct with your own customers.
  • Account upgrades (Retailer to Vendor to Merchant) are subject to criteria set by MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET and may require a minimum deposit or volume threshold.
  • MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET reserves the right to adjust pricing, tiers and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Referral Programme

  • The referral programme is available to eligible account types and subject to the referral percentage configured on the platform at any given time.
  • Referral bonuses are credited to your referral balance as points. These points can be applied as a deduction against the cost of future data purchases on the platform and have no cash value.
  • Referral points cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used for any purpose other than reducing the cost of data purchases.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.
  • Abuse of the referral system (e.g. self-referrals, creating fake accounts) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Nigerian law
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the platform
  • Use bots or automated tools to place orders without our express written consent
  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
  • Resell data to fund any illegal activity

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTN.SUBFACTORY.NET, its operators, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
